Step No. 1 : First we have to turn on WhatsApp

Step No. 2 : After that tap on the 3 dots button on the right top corner of the screen

Step No. 3 : After that open the "Settings" option from the list

Step No. 4 : After that open the option "Chats"

Step No. 5 : After that tap on "Chat Backup" option

Step No. 6 : After that open the option "End-to-end Encrypted Backup"

Step No. 7 : After that tap on "Turn On" button

Step No. 8  : After that tap on "CREATE PASSWORD" OR "USE 64-DIGIT ENCRYPTION KEY INSTEAD"

After following all these steps, the end to end encryption of the backup taken from WhatsApp has been turned on and now all your chat backups have been secured.
