Step No. 2 : Copy WhatsApp backup file to sd card

Step No. 3 : After that install WhatsApp in our new mobile and register it with our mobile number.

Step No. 4 : To attach sd card to our new mobile

Step No. 5 : The backup file kept in the SD card is to be pasted in the WhatsApp backup location of the new mobile.

How to restore WhatsApp data from a backup taken in a cloud storage like Google Drive

We can also add any email account to our WhatsApp for backup. We can backup the data of WhatsApp by setting different periods, if we have set "Daily" backup then every day our WhatsApp app will automatically back up to Google Drive.

Step No. 4 : If we have added more than one email account in mobile then we will be asked to select email account, there we have to select the email account on which we have backed up

After completing these steps, our old WhatsApp backup will be copied to the new WhatsApp account in no time.
